Selected products are on display at our physical store locations. These items are not sold for immediate over-the-counter delivery — they are available as bulk orders only, which you can place after viewing the product in store. Once ordered, bulk items are delivered to your address or arranged for pickup. This policy explains the delivery cost, timelines, and terms for these bulk orders.

Delivery Charges

  • Bulk order delivery charges are calculated based on order quantity, total value, and delivery distance from the store.
  • The applicable delivery charge is quoted and confirmed at the time of placing your bulk order.
  • All charges are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.

Delivery Timelines

After a bulk order is confirmed, the approximate delivery time is:

  • Standard bulk orders: delivered within the agreed number of business days [e.g. 3–7 business days] from the date of order confirmation.
  • Store pickup: ready for collection within the agreed terms [e.g. 2–5 business days]; you'll be notified by phone/WhatsApp once your order is ready.
  • Delivery timelines may vary during peak season, festivals, or for large-volume orders, and will be confirmed at the time of order.

Delivery Areas

Bulk order delivery is available within the agreed serviceable area of the store. For locations outside this area, store pickup can be arranged. Serviceability is confirmed at the time of order.

Order Processing

  • Bulk orders are confirmed once the order details and payment/advance are received.
  • Preparation begins after confirmation; large orders may require advance notice.
  • You will receive an order confirmation and status updates via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Bulk orders can be cancelled before preparation begins. Once preparation starts, cancellation may not be possible.
